Sunday Night mind dump

  • This morning's service at Crestview went really well... Odd, but I typically do not like preaching Christmas messages. My last two however have been pretty fun to preach. I've been using powerpointsermons.com for slides and ideas. Good stuff!
  • I'm having a second conversation this week with a musician about being our musician for Phoenix. About 4 of us went and heard him play Momo's this past week. He's crazy talented and very reflective of Austin... He's selling shirts on his website. Get this, for every shirt he sells, he's giving a piece of his own clothing to goodwill. You can probably get a shirt here if you want.
  • I officiated the wedding of Oliver and Anita this afternoon. Congrats you guys. I'm excited for you and proud of you! By the way, I don't know how you found that chapel, but it was amazing!
  • The above mentioned wedding was outside...and it tore me up. I'm home sick. Coughing and sneezing, with a sore throat, and yucky. ...and I'm missing being at Phoenix. ...and I'm praying for David and Keith.
  • Dallas won...again. Unbelievable.
