A hard drive is a hard drive is a hard drive

My Powerbook G4 hard drive crashed. Fortunately, I got all the important stuff off it first! I took it into an apple store this morning and they booted it and said my suspicions were right, "It's dead." They also gave me a good referral for someone to replace the hard drive for me... Ironically, all I was getting was the blue screen at start up. That made me think of chunking my current blue screen of death for a real blue screen of death machine. PC's are still cheaper than macs, you know. While I was at the apple store, I was also tempted by the new lap tops... Very tempted... In the end, I took mine to get a new hard drive.

I love macs, I really do, but a hard drive is a hard drive is a hard drive - and occasionally they crash!
