Cycling Funk

I rarely post about the sport I love... Admittedly, Cycling as a sport is a bit boring to watch. (I don't get how people watch Nascar - at least cycling makes right turns!!!) The sport I love is in a world of hurt right now. News today is that my boy Tyler Hamilton has been let go of his team, Tinkoff, and is in trouble with Operacion Peurto. There was also more terrible news that Ivan Basso asked to be let go from Team Discovery. Apparantly, he was invloved in some way with Dr. Fuentes too. I have always believed that Tyler was (and is) innocent. Basso and Jan Ullrich, I just don't know about - but I want to believe they are innocent so bad! Then there is Floyd Landis. He has a blog and today he posted further evidence that he is innocent or at least that the lab stuff was really jacked up. Who knows where the truth lies... It leaves me in a terrible funk; not at all good on a day when I didn't get to go ride my bike!!
